The TB landscape is web database developed by National Biobank of Thailand under corporation with division of tuberculosis, Khon Kaen university, Mahidol university, Chulalongkorn university and Chiang Mai university, National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology and funded by Health Systems Research Institutes. The purpose of this sites is to present genomic landscape extract from whole genome sequencing data of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis in Thailand. The lineage profile was profile by follow mutation catalog present in TBprofiler . The drug resistant profile was profile by mutation catalog of WHO2023 .
